James E. Romer joins the firm with over 20 years of litigation experience primarily representing defendants in New York courts. He has litigated a wide variety of lawsuits, including Labor Law, premises liability, automotive, Dram Shop, wrongful death, insurance coverage, and general liability from inception to appeal.

Mr. Romer has applied his strong writing skills to consistently achieve success on appeals and motions alike and, as an articulate and persuasive communicator, He has garnered favorable results for clients before both New York’s Appellate and Trial Courts.
