Since joining Fixler & LaGattuta, LLP in 2013, Ms. Trujillo has handled hundreds of cases for numerous clients across multiple fields of defense litigation including automotive (personal injury, subrogation, no-fault and PIP claims), tort law, construction and labor law and professional malpractice claims.   Ms. Trujillo has successfully represented and defended clients across all courts within New York City, handling cases from pre-litigation through final stages of trial.  She has prepared, argued and appealed a wide variety of dispositive motions including summary judgment motions based on New York Insurance Law §5102(d), premises claims and Declaratory Judgment coverage actions.
