Born in raised in South Jersey, he earned his Bachelor of Science from Temple University, before obtaining his Juris Doctor from Rutgers University School of Law, where he was a member of the Rutgers Journal of Law and Religion.

At Fixler & LaGattuta, LLP, Mr. Lembo concentrates his practice on the aggressive defense of insured and self-insured entities in cases involving:

• New York State Labor Law;
• Premises and general liability/negligence;
• Motor vehicle accidents;
• Negligent security;
• Intentional acts of employees;
• Contractual indemnification;
• Products liability;
• Property damage including fire and water intrusion; and
• Malfunctioning and misleveled elevators.

Mr. Lembo handles matters from case inception through and including trial.  His clients include Fortune 500, S&P 500, and super-major oil/gas.  He is routinely called upon to act as counsel for large insurance carriers in advising on, and defending, issues of insurance coverage and bad faith, while also prosecuting declaratory judgment actions.

At Fixler & LaGattuta, LLP, Mr. Lembo also serves in a supervisory capacity to newer associates of the firm.  Outside of the office, he is an avid Philadelphia sports fan.
