Gabriella Mitzner’s practice focuses on the defense of product liability, general negligence, and construction accident claims. Prior to joining Fixler & LaGattuta, LLP, Gabriella defended insurance carriers and underlying insureds in asbestos toxic tort litigation and various general liability matters.

While attending Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, Gabriella was selected to join the Criminal Defense Clinic and participated in the school’s Intensive Trial Advocacy Program. Additionally, during her first year of law school, Gabriella was a judicial intern for the Hon. Laura Jacobson at the Kings County Supreme Court.
