He has represented large corporate lenders as well as smaller federal credit unions, advised banks of risks in secured and unsecured syndicated loans, and litigated matters involving Chapter 7 and 13 bankruptcy, default and restructuring. Additionally, he has supervised attorneys in employment matters, including wage and hour disputes, class action litigation involving Fair Labor Standards Act and New York Labor Law claims, as well as discriminatory practices and retaliatory termination by employers. He acted as chief counsel in AAA and JAMS employment arbitration matters.
